Our Commitment to Accessibility

We regularly review our sites using automated and manual testing tools to verify compliance and enhance usability.

Our accessibility-first design includes:

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We continuously evaluate and improve our site through:
• Quarterly accessibility audits by certified specialists;
• User testing with individuals who rely on assistive technologies;
• Staff training on inclusive content creation and accessibility best practices; and
• Real-time accessibility monitoring integrated into our development workflows.
Known Limitations
While we aim for full compliance, some third-party integrations (e.g., embedded forms, maps, or analytics tools) may not yet meet all WCAG 2.2 AA criteria.

Policy Oversight
Our Chief Compliance Officer oversees the accessibility program and ensures alignment with our Trust & Safety, Privacy, and Compliance Center frameworks.
Accessibility objectives are included in BHCG’s annual ESG and governance reporting metrics.
